​Patterson Realtors was founded in 1977 and specailized in being the "hands-on" brokerage.

Our philosophy was to ensure that we knew our clients and that our clients knew us.  In May 2011, we merged with Keller Williams Realty and our philosophy didn't change.  The only difference was our name change and address...Patterson & Associates Keller Williams Realty and we moved across the street!
